Volunteer with Carnegie Hill Neighbors
Join us in keeping Carnegie Hill vibrant, connected, and cared for!
Volunteers are essential to our mission and help in a variety of hands-on and behind-the-scenes ways. We welcome volunteers of all ages and abilities—whether you're a student, a family, a retiree, or simply looking to give back.
There are many ways to get involved, including:
-
Helping with neighborhood research, archival projects, or community surveys
-
Assisting with our seasonal newsletter — from graphic design and proofreading to writing editorial content
-
Helping distribute newsletters throughout the neighborhood
-
Supporting events like our Annual Spooktacular — set-up, handing out candy, or helping with crowd flow
-
Caring for our trees — pruning, mulching, or maintaining tree beds
-
Lending a hand at our Spring Benefit or other events
-
Participating in clean-up or beautification days
-
Photographing neighborhood events or community landmarks
-
Serving as a block or building ambassador to help keep neighbors informed and connected
-
Assisting with mailings and other administrative projects at our office
Whether you have an hour or a few days to give, your involvement makes a real difference.
