Quality of Life

Our Tree Care Team prunes and protects trees in the spring and fall. The team also organizes the flowers on the beautiful median islands of Park Avenue, and applications for new trees to be planted throughout the neighborhood.

Our Clean Streets ambassadors repair damage, graffiti, and other nuisances affecting Carnegie Hill.

Preservation

Surrounded by structures from the Neo-Grec and Renaissance Revival, including early 20th Century mansions, Carnegie Hill is rich in architecture that must be preserved.

Use your voice, sign petitions, and help us achieve historic landmark designations and oppose construction that directly impacts our unique historic district.

Safety

Our CHN patrol car adds an extra set of eyes and ears to the neighborhood.  Led by our security partner Brosnan Risk Consultants, the patrol car checks in daily with participating residential buildings and businesses in order to keep Carnegie Hill’s residents and visitors secure

See current buildings in the program, and keep Carnegie Hill safe.
